Officer/Director Approval
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama (RMHCA) now requires background checks of all employees, families, guests and volunteers. Since corporations already do background checks on their employees, RMHCA requests that each time your company sends a volunteer group, you help confirm the existing background checks. To do so, please fill in the requested information for each employee coming with the group. This information will only be used to verify those in the group when they arrive. Please put the name of the approving Director/Officer confirming all employees listed have cleared a background check at your organization.
