Live United: 100 Years of Celebration

Join this FREE event to celebrate 100 years of United Way of Central Alabama making communities a better place to live.  Activities will take place on June 24, 2023 from 3-8pm at City Walk BHAM which is located along 9th Avenue North between 19th Street and 21st Street. It’s located underneath the 50/20 interstate bridges through the central business district of Birmingham near BJCC.   Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama will be at the event as a charity partner so be sure to stop by our table.  Don’t miss out on all the live music, food, performers, art, games and more.  There is no fee to attend but registration is encouraged and will enter you into a chance for prizes.

Things to know before you go:

• Street Parking available. Paid Parking available in BPA Parking deck located on 801 19th Street North.
• There is a bag policy so be sure to check out their event website for details.
• There will be food and beverage vendors on-site during the event that will offer a variety of options for the entire family.
• Pets are welcome! However, your pet must be leashed at all times. Please be prepared to clean up after your pets.
• The event is family-friendly. Children under the age of 16 should be supervised at all times, while on the property.
• This event will be accessible for those who have disabilities. There will be various checkpoints across the event footprint where volunteers and staff will be able to assist with any accommodations.
