Another great Sweet Home Brews is in the books!
This annual event, hosted and organized by RMHCA’s Junior Board, brings together some of the best Southeastern craft breweries in one place for a fun night that supports RMHCA’s mission. And the voter’s choice award gives one deserving brewing big bragging rights and a traveling trophy until the next Sweet Home Brews!
Sweet Home Brews 2019 netted $33,257, which will help RMHCA cover the costs of taking care of 24 families at the Ronald McDonald House in Birmingham. Guest families stay an average of 11 nights at no cost to them.
This year’s event was hosted at Birmingham’s beloved Pepper Place and the weather couldn’t have been better for some outdoor fun.
Rado & Brantley provided the soundtrack for the night while attendees enjoyed tastings from 24 breweries and bites from Hattie B’s. This year supporters could also purchase a special Sweet Home Brews t-shirt to further support RMHCA.
The Voter’s Choice winners are:
