Internships during college are important. They help students learn about the types of jobs they may find after college.  And they often help a student make better choices when selecting which courses to take during their collegiate years.  It’s hard to understand the working world until you are thrown into it. What better way to find out what you want to do than give it a try?
If you or someone you know wants a great opportunity, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama is always on the lookout for interns! Our internship program lasts 1 semester and includes tasks from all departments within the charity. It’s an opportunity that allows you to look into a nonprofit and a great way to learn while on the job.
Many of our interns go on to get jobs in the nonprofit world — past interns from RMHCA, currently work for Habitat for Humanity, Unless U and even at the Ronald McDonald House. If you are interested in an internship at RMHCA, please apply through our website by clicking {here}. The deadline is quickly approaching for Fall 2017!
