Running is a great way to stay in shape, relieve stress and even make friends — but have you ever thought about how your running can help support charities? Hopefully you are all familiar with our annual Red Shoe Run (registration is open), but if you are interested in supporting RMHCA by running before 2017, you can join the RMHCA team for the Chicago Marathon!
One of our Board Members, Randy Nichols, has signed up and is raising money for RMHCA — we would love for you to donate to his page or join him on the “Alabama Team.”
