Margaret joined the RMHCA volunteer team in February of 2023, but her history with our mission goes back to her college days.
Since first being introduced to our global organization through her sorority, Margaret has traveled the United States and volunteered at a nearby House, no matter where she lands.
RMHCA is the latest beneficiary of her passion for keeping families together when they need it most, as she serves not only in Guest Services and for our Meals Program, but also on the RMHCA Junior Board.
In addition to her long-term dedication to the mission, Margaret, who works remotely, was drawn to volunteering for the connection to her community.
“I can physically show up and contribute to the mission. So much of my life is on a screen, so I am happy to do whatever the Ronald McDonald House needs of me when I’m there. Everything is tied to helping these families,” Margaret says.
Families and staff alike love her hands-on and can-do attitude, and we always know we can count on her for a warm smile, a comforting catch-up, and help with any task.
Thank you for your time and care, Margaret!
